Requests for Filming on Campus
To request access to the University for filming purposes please follow the below procedure:
Email the Press Officer at Michelle.nichroinin@nuigalway.ie who will verify content of the piece/film and its use.
The Film Company will need to provide evidence of Public Liability insurance, limit of indemnity €6,500,000 and Employers Liability, limit of indemnity €13,000,000. Public Liability should be extended to provide a specific indemnity to NUI Galway for the duration on site.
A location agreement may need to be signed, the Press Officer will advise.
