What to do when....

The Syllabus Team are responsible for :

• Setting up course structures, modules and Marks & Standards information and ensuring they are compliant with the Student Record System (Quercus).
• The Team supports and assists all the main users of Quercus.
• Training and advising all College staff on the system requirements in relation to programmes on offer.

Note:

1. The Syllabus Files are the courses and modules against which students are registered.
2. The Marks and Standards are the rules and regulations which pertain to each programme, course instance and stream.  These rules and grade schemes are input onto the student records system Quercus in order to allow for the calculation of examination results.  The owners of the Marks and Standards are the Colleges and schools.
