Postgraduate Diploma / Higher Diploma / LLB students who wish to attend their Conferring ceremony in October 2012 must confirm their attendance.

Ceremony Dates / Times
Ceremony dates/times can be viewed on the NUI Galway Conferring website
http://www.nuigalway.ie/conferringIt is not possible to defer graduation or to change the date of your graduation. All ceremonies take place in the Bailey Allen Hall and normally last between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes

Debt
Students who owe money to the University will not be permitted to proceed to graduation until settlement is made. Payment of your debt must be made at least 30 days prior to the date ofgraduation, in order to be included in the graduation ceremony.
Address
The address submitted on your form will be used for the mailing of your graduation tickets. If you are not attending, this address will be used to post your degree parchment to.
Tickets
Once you register for the ceremony, you will be sent your tickets 2-3 weeks before your ceremony. You will automatically receive 4 guest tickets. Unfortunately it is not possible to accommodate requests for additional guest tickets.
