When contacting Payroll it is advisable to have your Employee Number to hand.  You will be asked to quote this to the Payroll staff member to whom you speak.  You can also expect to be asked a number of other questions which are designed to ensure the identity of callers.  This is a security measure in which Payroll would ask for your co-operation.
