The following is a list of useful links to other offices and administrative departments that will guide you with your application for an undergraduate course here at NUI Galway.

Link	Description
Student Contact Centre	The SCC is located on the ground floor of Aras Uí Cathail. It handles a range of services including but not limited to issuing replacement college I.D. cards, transcript requests and validation and stamping of forms
Fees Office	Fees are located on the first floor of Aras Uí Cathail and will handle all your fee and grant related queries
Registration Office	The Registration Office website is your first port of all for all your academic records and registration related queries
Colleges and Schools	The Colleges and Schools web link provides a detailed list of all the schools within each faculty in the university
Campus Map	The Campus Map is an interactive tool to help you find your way around the University grounds
Access Office	The Access Office provide a range of information on access courses for school-leavers and mature students
CAO	The Central Applications Office is responsible for overseeing most undergraduate applications in the Republic of Ireland
National University of Ireland	The NUI provide a supportive framework for its confederate institutions. They are also responsible for drawing up matriculation guidelines for entry to NUI courses
Student Services	Student Services provide a host of information on student welfare support services provided by the University. These include but are not limited to advice on accommodation, counselling and disability support services
