30% Club Logo

The Centre for Adult Learning & Professional Development at NUI Galway is delighted to announce its continued support of the development of female leadership in the technology sector, by offering two course scholarships to eligible women. The scholarships aim to advance female leadership and promote diversity and inclusion at senior levels in technology organisations and all high-tech environments.

A scholarship is available for each of two courses;

  1. The Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation Management
  2. The Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Commercialisation

Each scholarship is valued at €3,950, which is the full course fee.

The scholarships are awarded in conjunction with the 30% Club. Globally, the 30% Club champions gender balance, and aims to rectify the under-representation of women at senior levels in organisations, particularly apparent in the technology sector. One of the mechanisms being employed to achieve this is by partnering with Universities to support women to undertake postgraduate courses. Browse through the 2021 brochure below.
