The Free Legal Advice Society at NUI Galway is, in co-ordination with the Centre for Disability Law and Policy, in the process of establishing a Disability Law Clinic. They hope to create a clinic where law students, specifically trained in areas of disability law, provide legal information, under the supervision of a qualified practitioner, on legal issue regarding disability. Equal access to justice is such an important right and thus we feel this clinic could provide an invaluable service to NUI Galway students and also members of the public in Galway and surrounding areas. There is no other service of this type available in Ireland. If you would like to get involved please contact Roisin Fitzpatrick, auditor of the Free Legal Advice Clinic at
