Information Technology training and support for Arts students

ITSArts

This office provides support to newly registered and current students in need of training in basic to advanced computer skills. We deliver software training programmes to undergraduate students, postgraduate (research) students of the College, and to students on taught postgraduate courses. 

• Web resources and Basic IT skills - drop-in sessions in Room 102, AMB during term time.
• In liaison with ISS (Information Services and Solutions) we provide on-line software training from Beginner through to Advanced level in a range of software programmes. We provide training in Blackboard to students (staff training is provided by CELT). To access online training visit the ISS training page. If you need help or want more information on training, please attend one of the drop-in sessions in Room 102, AMB.
• ITSArts is a European Computer Driving Test (ECDL) testing centre accredited by the Irish Computer Society (ICS) since 2006.
