The Knowledge Base is a searchable area of the Blackboard Support Site that contains articles developed both by Blackboard and by its customers; article content ranges from tips and tricks to workarounds to known issues and, if applicable, fixes.
Ask Dr. C This is a question-and-answer service moderated by a group of trainers, instructional designers, project managers, support specialists, and developers within Blackboard. Faculty members can create an account on this site, and post questions for review.

A Quick Tutorial is a mini-movie tutorial that runs in an automated fashion and includes on-screen narration on many of the Blackboard capabilities and features. To learn more about any of the capabilities listed on the site, simply click on the title link. This is a very popular resource!
Blackboard Connections (formerly CommunitySite)
Blackboard (Bb) Connections is a central hub, a town square of sorts, where Blackboard users can collaborate and share best practices, to deepen their knowledge and expertise about all things in Blackboard. To take part in Bb Connections create an account on the front page so that you can sign up for regional and special interest user groups, hear what Blackboard are up to, and provide feedback on how they’re doing.
