You should use the Kaltura plugin to add video you have created to Blackboard.
This is the easiest and simplest way to get video online for your students to view.
Learn how to use Kaltura to upload video to your Blackboard course.
Blackboard Learn 9.1 has built-in YouTube tools as standard, so adding a YouTube video to your course couldn't be easier!
1. In the Build Content menu, under Mashups, choose YouTube Video.

2. You will then be presented with a YouTube search tool. Enter a search query and click Go (or press Enter on your keyboard).

3. The results of your search will then be displayed to you. In this example, we've searched for "NUI Galway".

4. Once you find the video you want, click the Select button.

5. You can now edit the video's name, desrciption and how you want it to be displayed. Once you have finished, click the Submit button to add it to your Content folder.
Audio files uploaded to Blackboard should be no larger than 5MB. Accepted formats are MP3, M4A, AAC and WMA.
You can add audio files directly to your Content folder the same way you add a video file. Instead of choosing Video under Create, choose Audio instead.
