Explanation |
|
Permit Users to View this Content |
When a content item is added to a course it is automatically available by default. This option allows you to set the content to available or unavailable. This allows you to create content and save it in a draft format before it is made available within a course, for students to view. Note: This availability setting is separate from Adaptive Release. If an item is not available users may not access it regardless of the Adaptive Release rules. |

Track Number of Views |
Select Yes to track the Course Statistics and generate reports on usage and activity for the item. |

6. Submit your preferences
You can always go back and edit the item to attach a second file, change the original settings or even delete the item entirely, by clicking the context menu beside any item.
