The staff guides are divided into categories to help you navigate quickly to the required resource. Under each category heading, we have outlined the main topics covered within the section.

In Understanding and Building Your Course we provide a tour of the Blackboard interface, staff checklists and quickstart guides. How to add content, audio and video, and handling password and log-in issues.		In Assessing Learners we cover Blackboard assigments, tests and surveys, Turnitin assignments, and how to use the Grade Centre.		In Communicating & Collaborating we cover topics such as, sending email, making announcements in Blackboard, and how to use collaborative tools like blogs, wikis, podcasts, boards, videos and journals.
In Manage Users/Groups we explain how to accounts are created, how to add colleagues onto your modules. We also cover users roles, enrolments and unenrolments.
