teaching room booking process
A printout of Lecture Room Utilisation is issued to each discipline or programme contact person (click
here for list) near the end of each Academic Year. This document is compiled from the requests for lecture space received by the Buildings Office. The Buildings Office requests information regarding bookings for the next academic year. The information returned will form the basis of Room Allocation for the various disciplines for the forthcoming Academic Year
An up to date printout is issued to each discipline/programme contact person c.August of each Academic Year which contains details of Lecture Room Allocation for the forthcoming Academic Year.
Requests for new venues/lectures can be made throughout the year using the procedure detailed
here.
Discipline/programme contact person may request an up to date printout throughout the year if necessary by emailing
