Existing Room Number/New Room Number
If an individual or individuals are moving from one room to another, please give both the original room number and the new room number. If it is a change of occupancy of a room, please give the room number.

Is this room bookable by the Buildings Office?
If the Buildings Office are responsible for managing bookings of this room, please highlight this by answering Yes.

Is the cost of this room partly/fully funded?
If the occupants of this room receive funding from an external body, please highlight this by answering Yes and providing us with the various Funders’ names and the proportion of the total funding that each Funder provides. (If there are more than 2, please use the freetext box to list the additional).

Additional Information
The additional information field can be used to provide any additional information that you need to give us, e.g. additional funder’s name and proportion of total funding given.
