University-wide mail services are provided by the Buildings Office from the Mailroom located beside Aras Uí Chathail.  These services are managed by Dean Pearce, Facilities Manager, who is supported by a team of Facilities Services Supervisors.  It is to this Mailroom that An Post deliver incoming University mail every morning and collect outgoing mail in the evening from Monday to Friday.  Mailroom staff sort all incoming post, frank all outgoing post and record all items of Registered, Express and Swift post.  They also undertake an extensive delivery and collection schedule to and from numerous locations on and off campus. 

Opening hours are 08.00 to 17.15, Monday to Friday.
