The Buildings Office provides maintenance operations and carries out refurbishment projects in the areas of campus infrastructure, building structure and fabric, mechanical and electrical installations, and building fit-out. The full range of services comprises preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, replacements, and refurbishment of complete buildings or building elements. Click

Buildings Services (Electrical & Mechanical) Engineering:
Noel O'Connor is the Buildings Services Manager. Services are provided by in-house qualified electricians and plumbers and by experienced contractors, whose work is supervised by
Gerry Ryan, Supervisor of Electrical Services, (Chargehand Electrician is
Anthony Faherty) and
Ronnie Lally, Supervisor of Mechanical Services, (Chargehand Plumber is

Buildings Engineering (Construction)
Martin Barrett is the Buildings Engineer and
Kevin O'Sullivan is the Design Engineer. Services are provided by experienced in-house trades and building contractors. This work is supervised by
