once off bookings

Once off bookings should be requested through the appropriate contact person for the discipline/unit/programme ( click here for list). All booking requests must be received in writing, preferably by email to spacenuigalway.ie .

Information required for each booking:

• Discipline/unit/programme cost centre
• Staff ID no
• Day
• Date
• Time
• Length
• Class name
• Class size
• Class type
• Any special requirements e.g. wheelchair access

Venues which can be booked from time to time i.e. normally outside regular teaching hours, for once off academic bookings are as on the list of rooms booked by the Buildings Office. Additional rooms which can be booked for once off academic bookings are: 

• AM205, Arts Millennium Building (capacity 20)
• Siobhan McKenna Theatre, Arts Millennium Building (capacity 100)
