aula maxima bookings & boardroom bookings

Aula Maxima (Ground and 1st Floors) Bookings: 

Aula Maxima (Ground and 1st Floors) are located in the Quadrangle. 
NB: Aula Maxima (1st Floor) - please note that unfortunately this venue has accessibility restrictions for wheelchair users.  Where universal access is required room bookers are advised to select an alternative venue.

Requests to book either of the Aula venues must be received in writing, preferably by email to spacenuigalway.ie , giving the following information: 

• Cost centre
• Staff ID no
• Day and date of booking
• Start and finish time of booking 
• Nature of booking (meeting, training session, reception, etc.) 
• Set up and take down time (if required) 
• Size of group

Boardroom Bookings: 

Boardrooms A113 (Alexander Anderson Boardroom) and A132 (Monsignor John Hynes Boardroom) are located in the Quadrangle 

Requests to book either of the boardrooms must be received in writing, preferably by email to spacenuigalway.ie , giving the following information: 

• Cost centre
• Staff ID no
• Day and date of booking 
• Start and finish time of booking 
• Nature of booking (meeting, training session, reception, etc.) 
• Set up and take down time (if required) 
• Size of group
