Existing Staff Permit holders who have an oval-shaped maroon colour permit, with a permit number on it greater than 40,000, and wish to renew should step through the Online Payments system to validate your existing permit - https://nuig.apcoaonline.com/

NUI Galway Staff parking permits may be issued on application to staff holding a current full-time or part-time written contract of employment directly with the University or as listed on Schedule C2.

A facility is in place to allow two vehicles to be placed under one permit, although only one permit will be issued. This is intended to facilitate those who may have to drive one of two cars. Only one permit is issued to each applicant to prevent more than one car under any permit being taken on to campus at the same time, which would have the effect of reducing car parking capacity. If your car registration details change please let the Student Information Desk know straight away, otherwise you may be clamped.
