Project Management

Appointing Design Teams:
Responsible for engaging project design teams in the University in consultation with the University Procurements and Contracts Officer. The current development programme may require the appointment of services such as architects, engineers, cost consultants and other specialists to deliver a project or development.
Execution of the Project:
Responsible for the appointment of a building contractor and the relevant associated contractors to carry out the works in consultation with the design teams and the University Procurement and Contracts Officer.
Completion and Review of Work:
When a project is complete, the team carries out an evaluation of the works and establishes user satisfaction and value for money.
