Gerry Nolan, Supervisor, manages security services. This is a 24/7 service. Security personnel are in-house employees during the day and contract security firm employees for night time and weekend shifts. Security services including opening and closing of buildings, foot and van patrols of the campus, the operation of CCTV systems, access control systems, traffic control for events, issuing keys and liaising where necessary with the Garda Siochána. Information regarding opening and closing times of all buildings can be obtained from this office.

The service is based in offices at No. 14, Distillery Road. Security can be contacted at all times on the following numbers:

Emergency:	3333

If Security staff are on patrol, extensions 2198 and 3333 hunt onto a mobile phone, this will take a few seconds to connect.
