Prof. Tony Dundon BA (Hons), MA, PHD, FAcSS, FCIPD
Tony Dundon is Professor of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations at the School of Business and Economic. Tony’s research areas include: employment relations, human resource management and organisational performance, employee voice and trade union organising. Professor Dundon is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (FAcSS), former Chief Examiner for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and recipient of the President’s Award for Teaching and Learning Excellence at NUI Galway.

Tony’s research interests are in the areas of employee voice, social partnership, trade union organisation and union renewal strategies, non-union employment relations, and HRM in SMEs.
