Biography:
| Dr. Niamh O Riordan is a lecturer in Business Information Systems (BIS) in the J.E. Cairnes School of Business and Economics at NUI, Galway. Dr O Riordan previously held a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship that was funded by the Irish Social Sciences Platform (ISSP) under PRTLI4 (Programme for Research in third Level Institutions). Her doctoral research was carried out at University College Cork, Ireland. Her research interests lie in the areas of software development and software-based innovation and her research has been published in the fields of decision making, innovation and virtual worlds. Niamh has also worked as a photo journalist and travel writer and is an accomplished musician. |
