A keynote address was delivered by Herbert Mulligan of the Health and Safety Review, which discussed ‘Health and Safety Legislation and Case Law: Past, Present and Future’ with a very interesting address from Ursula Connolly from the School of Law on ‘Bullying in Irish Workplaces – legal remedies and proposals for reform’
