The venue will be available for set-up from 12.00pm on the afternoon of the fair.

Stand dimensions:

the Career Development Centre will provide stands as requested by exhibitors on the booking form. Tables and chairs will also be provided.

The stands provided by the Career Development Centre are 4' high  x 3' wide. To ensure posters, publicity materials etc fit on stands please make sure they are slight smaller the actual stand itself.

  Catering

will be provided for all exhibitors in the College bar.
Vouchers will be distributed on the day. (soup and sandwiches, tea/coffee will be served).

Please note that parking on the main University Campus is reserved for permit holders only.  This is enforced by clamping.  Special parking has been arranged for your convenience in Dangan and a shuttle bus will bring you to the Science & Technology Fair.

Directions to reserved parking in Dangan:  On reaching Galway City, travel towards Galway Cathedral. Go through two sets of traffic lights & turn right at the 2nd set of traffic located at University College Hospital.

Continue to next three sets of traffic lights & keep driving straight at the 3rd set past the Statoil Service Station which will be located on your right hand side.

Follow the N6 west and signs for the N59 to Clifden/Oughterard – the entrance to the carpark will be signposted soon after you join the N59.   A shuttle bus service will take you from Dangan to Áras na MacLéinn,  where the event is being held.  Students will await to assist you with your stands and materials. The shuttle bus service will run from 2.30 p.m. - 4.30 p.m (every 20 mins) and after the fair from 6.30 p.m. - 7.30 p.m.

Delivering company material to NUI Galway

If  you are delivering material (brochures, stands etc) to us before the day of the fair, please make sure that it is marked for the attention of  Angela Teahan and sent to the following address: The Career Development Centre, Arts/Science Building, National University of Ireland, Galway.

If you are sending material down on the day of the fair please also mark it for the attention of Angela Teahan but send to the following address:              Aras na Mac Leinn, Building, National University of Ireland, Galway.
