It is advised that all exhibitors  print these instructions and bring them with you on the day or pass them on to the company representatives that will be attending as they are vital for the smooth running of the event. 

Date: Thursday, 11th March 2010

     Time: 5.00pm - 7.00pm

Venue: Atrium, Orbsen Building, NUI Galway

The venue will be open for exhibitors from 2.00pm on the afternoon of Thursday 11th March for set-up.
 

1. Floor plan

All stands around the perimeter of the hall will have access to an electricty point. These positions were allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis & as indicated on your initial booking form. Positions will be allocated on the day of the fair.

2. Catering

TIME FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE :

Food will be available in the  Moffetts Restaurant next door to the Atrium.  Food will be available ONLY from 4pm - 6pm.

VOUCHER INFORMATION :

Lunch vouchers will be distributed on the day of the fair. The number of vouchers available will be relative to the number indicated on your booking form.

TYPE OF FOOD AVAILABLE :

Food available in Moffetts Restaurant includes: hot lunches, sandwiches, panini's and salads. Drinks including Tea/Coffee/Water/Soft Drinks will also be available.

Please note that food will be available throughout the day until 6pm in Moffetts Restaurant.

2.  Parking on Campus & Set-down Parking

PARKING:

Parking  - There is NO designated parking available on campus on the day of the fair.  The only parking available before 6pm is in pay & display areas as clamping is in operation.  Parking after 6pm is fine in all areas.  See the following link for further details http://www.nuigalway.ie/buildings/parking_visiting_university.html.

SET-DOWN PARKING:

A set down parking area will be available from 2.00pm for exhibitors wanting to unload materials. This will be located opposite the entrance to the Orbsen Building and will be signposted. Student help will be available to assist with boxes, materials etc...

If you would like to avail of the set-down parking follow the directions above to University College Hospital Galway, turn right at the hospital and continue to 2 sets of traffic lights. At the second set of lights, the AIB Bank will be located on your right hand side, turn right at this junction & this will lead you on to Distillery Road. Continue along this road until you reach the end. The set-down parking will be sing-posted on the day.

3.   Delivering company material to NUI Galway

DELIVERY BEFORE THURSDAY 11TH MARCH: 

Delivery of materials prior to the fair

If  you are delivering material (brochures, stands etc) to us before the day of the fair, please make sure that it is marked for the attention of Louise McDermott and sent to the following address:

The Career Development Centre, Arts/Science Building, National University of Ireland, Galway.

Materials will need to be sent to the Career Development Centre before Wednesday 10th March 4pm.  

DELIVERY ON THURSDAY 11TH MARCH: 

Delivery of materials on day of fair:

• If you are sending material down on the day of the fair please also mark it for the attention of Louise McDermott  but send to the following address:

COLLECTION OF MATERIALS ON 11TH MARCH: 

Collection of materials:

All materials must be collected from the venue before 7.00pm on the day of the fair.  The Career Development Centre will not accept responsibility for the collection of materials by couriers on the day of the fair.
