Professor Ignacio Cervera Campoy
Ignacio Cervera Campoy is a professor at the University Carlos III of Madrid. He holds a degree in law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Doctor of Law from the University Carlos III of Madrid.
His main research interests have focused on the rights of children, the rights of persons with disabilities, Political Philosophy, Equality and Non-discrimination and the Philosophy of Law. He previously visited the Centre at the end of 2010 and presented a seminar entitled
“Rethinking the Concept of ’Best Interests’ of Children, a radical by-product of the UN Disability Convention”.
