Biography

Róisín Fitzpatrick is a research assistant at the Centre for Disability Law and Policy. She joined the centre in 2011, and works primarily on topical and emerging research projects that the Centre is involved with. These can range from working on a proposal to establish a National Association of Disability Studies of Ireland to working in the Disability Legal Information Clinic.

She graduated from NUI Galway with a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 2011. She also graduated from the Washington Ireland Programme where she worked in the Law Library of Congress in 2011. She works as an Equity law tutor for the NUI Galway Law School.
