Enquiry Based Learning in English

The English department at NUI Galway has this year embarked on a major course restructuring which has brought aspects of Enquiry Based Learning into the first year programme. Given that there are approximately 450 students in first year, this is a major undertaking and it will be extremely interesting to see how the project evolves. Earlier in the year, the Director of CELT spoke with the staff members responsible about this new approach.
