This keynote talk was given by Mr. Michael Kelly, Chair of the Higher Education Authority (HEA) at the 6th Annual CELT Symposium on Teaching & Learning, on the 5th June 2008. The symposium title was "Critical Thinking: The Galway Symposium on the Future of Universities".
