Social Events

An Cumann Ceimice is currently recovering from the after-effects of the society's social calendar for the first term. This includes a very successful Table Quiz in the College Bar, which helped raise money for our series of lectures.

The Table Quiz also helped raise money towards our Christmas Party, which was held on the 11th of December 1998 in Corinthians R.F.C., Galway.

There are many we need to thank, but we would especially like to single out Heineken, The College Bar of NUI, Galway and the staff and management of Corinthinans R.F.C. without whose kind and professional assistance the above two events would not have been half as much fun, or in fact possible at all.

Everyone should be glad to know that the committee has spent the Christmas season resting and recuperating and planning the next year's tomfoolery...

We're saying nothing yet, but it's looking good for 1999!
