Caren Crowley joined CISC as a recipient of a PhD Studentship in the Industrial Clustering group at NUI Galway in April 2005, having spent the previous six months working in industry. Caren previously completed an MBS in Corporate Strategy and People Management at NUI Galway, her MBS thesis examined the firm’s ability to absorb tacit knowledge within the context of a joint venture agreement. This was preceded by the award of B.A. in Business Economics at University College Cork.
