Damien Organ
B.Comm MBS
Damien Organ joined CISC as a recipient of a PhD fellowship in December 2008. His PhD thesis focuses on academic entrepreneurship and university-industry linkages as elements of national innovation systems, addressing the behavioural, cultural and structural variables which impact upon the process of research commercialisation. Damien received his MBS in Corporate Strategy and People Management from NUI Galway, his MBS thesis examining the impact of organisational identity on the implementation of strategic responses to an external shock. This was preceded by a B.Comm, upon the completion of which Damien spent two years working in industry in both training and development and eMarketing roles.
