Eoin Higgins joined CISC as a recipient of a Ph.D. Studentship in the Inter-Organizational Systems and Collaborative Networks group at NUI Galway in March 2003. Eoin completed and MSc. in E-Commerce (Management and Organizational Behaviour) at Birkbeck College, University of London in September 2002, having previously worked as a server side Java developer for a prominent recruitment website based in London. Prior to this Eoin received the award of a B. Tech degree in Information Technology and Telecommunications from the University of Limerick.
