Dr. Kevin G. Davison is a lecturer with the School of Education at The National University of Ireland, Galway. He teaches research methods and gender and education to postgraduates, and is the coordinator of the new Mathematics and Education BA course. In addition to a number of academic articles and reports, he is the author of Negotiating Masculinities and Bodies in Schools: The Implications of Gender Theory for the Education of Boys (2007, Mellen), and is the co-editor of the collection Masculinities and Schooling: International Practices and Perspectives (2007, Althouse).
