Niall Cullinane joined CISC as a recipient of a Ph.D Studentship in Human Resource Management/High Performance Work Systems in October 2004, having previously completed an MBS in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management in the Department of Management at NUI Galway. Niall Cullinane’s MBS thesis examined the ideological construct of Human Resource Management. This was preceded by the award of a B.Comm degree in 2003, also at NUI Galway.construct of Human Resource Management.
