Complexity theory, innovation systems, comparative economic thought, philosophy of science

Thomas McDonnell joined CISC as a recipient of a PhD studentship in the Innovation Systems group in February 2005. Thomas holds a B.A. in Economics and Law and a Master of Economic Science in Policy Evaluation and Planning from the National University of Ireland Galway. His masters dissertation was on tax reform in the post socialist EU accession states.
