This course examines the relationship between innovation and learning at an organisational level, including: an understanding of different approaches to innovation and learning; the integration of learning with broader strategic goals; implementation and evaluation of learning objectives; the learning organisation; the utility of team, managerial and outdoor learning activities; and continuing professional development.
