research, the research process and proposal. Business research design:
alternative approaches, measurement concepts and instruments, sampling
design. Data collection: primary sources; secondary sources –
experimentation, surveying, ethnography, case studies and qualitative
approaches. Evaluating business research: evaluative approaches, ethics
in research, presentation of research results.
