ENG - G002 Design & Build Lab

The Design and Build laboratory in the Engineering building at NUI Galway is designed and equipped with a range of state of the art facilities for education and research in engineering from component manufacture to scale bridge model building to precision engineering. It is a large flexible space that is being utilised by a number of groups, including undergraduate engineering students on group design and build projects, such as the spaghetti bridge building competition undertaken by first year engineering students.
