Semester 1 | Credits: 5

Work and Organisations is about critically examining the theories, policies and practices that govern how people are managed in a variety of organisational and business settings. It builds on basic concepts covered in Organisational Behaviour and HRM. The objective is to develop critical analysis and skills concerning the way work and organisations are managed.
