ISS service desk ticketing system

How to Login

The ISS Service Desk Ticketing system is available both on and off-campus (from 8 June 2010) at

https://servicedesk.nuigalway.ie/  

The login screen appears as follows:

Student
Students login using their Campus Account credentials.

Staff
Staff login using their UDS credentials i.e. as for staff email.

After login, the first screen that appears is entitled Help Request.
