Staff, Desktop support, Open a windows explorer window

To open a Windows Explorer Window and open a USB key on a PC

Login to the PC with your staff number and password

After the PC has logged in press the Windows key and E (letter E on keyboard) together

 
A Windows explorer window will open up, from here you will see your USB key listed, in this case its Drive E

 
Double click on the drive to open your USB key, select the file you wish to open and double click on the file.
