I am a previous Entourage user. How to I import my accounts and data into Outlook 2011?

1. When you start Outlook for the first time, you will have a welcome window. From here you will have an option to import. Otherwise, you can select File->Import from the file menu at the top of the screen. 
   

2. The import wizard should pop up. Select the option to import Entourage information from an archive or earlier version and click the right arrow.
   
   

3. Choose your previous version of Entourage, then click the right arrow.
   

4. Choose the items you would like to import, then click the right arrow again.
   

5. Select your previous Entourage identity and click the right arrow. You may receive a notification that your identity contains an Exchange account. If so, click OK.
   

6. Outlook will then begin importing your data. Once complete, you will be prompted to log in. Use UDS000001s (i.e. UDSstaff ID number) and your UDS password to log in.
    

7. Your previous account and data should now be successfully imported into Outlook 2011.

Note: If your Outlook client doesn't connect after importing previous data, you may need to verify your server information. Choose Tools->Accounts from the file menu, choose your Exchange account, and then select Advanced. Verify that your Exchange and Directory Service server is set to  mail.nuigalway.ie as seen below
