Prerequisites for Outlook 2003 users
If you currently use Outlook 2003 as your email client it is necessary to upgrade to Microsoft Office 2007 SP2
The Microsoft Office 2007 SP2 installation disk is available from the
ISS Service Desk.
The minimum specification for installation of Office 2007 is available
online
The final step is prerequisites (setp 2 & step 3) and the re-configuration of Office 2007
