Prerequisites for Outlook 2011 MAC users

If you currently use Entourage 2004/2008 as your email client it is necessary to upgrade to Office for MAC 2011
The Office for MAC 2011 installation disk is available from the ISS Service Desk

• The minimum specification for installation of Office for MAC 2011 is available online  
• When connected to the NUI, Galway network your mac must be configured for the proxy service 
   

Configuration of Outlook 2011 MAC - Post Migration

When you start Outlook for the first time, you will get a welcome window that will allow you to Add Account or Import. 

• For current Entourage users, click Import
