How to access your Archived eMail    

Open your Outlook Mailbox, on the left hand side you will see your mailbox and folders/subfolders e.g. Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items etc. 

Scroll down and you will now see a new folder called  Online Archive - (and your mailbox name).   This online archive will display your folders/sub folder and will contain all emails older than 2 years.

 
 
To search for an archived email message click into Online Archive and select a sub folder. 
Now go to the search window at the top of the screen. Enter in a name, e.g. ocallaghan and hit return.
