How can I cleanup the mailbox?

If you receive a warning message about mailbox quota, we recommend that you complete the following steps.

1. Review items in your Junk eMail folder and delete unwanted messages
   
   
2. Clean out Deleted Items
   
   
3. Sort your Sent Items folder by size and remove large messages that you no longer need
   
   
4. Find large messages that are taking up mailbox space, review them and delete the messages themselves.
   Note that you can just delete the attachments if no longer needed
   
   
5. Check the mailbox size
