BlackBerry Desktop Manager and BlackBerry Device Manager for MAC Users

BlackBerry Desktop Manager is the applications that manage the link between your BlackBerry and your desktop email account, organizer and more. The BlackBerry Desktop Manager also lets you back up and restore data and synchronize with your email server.

1. MAC users will need to download  PocketMac v4.0.20b for BlackBerry   click download
   Enter in your email addount details and click Next, follow the instructions for download.
   
   
2. Once downloaded you will see the Pocket MACfor BlackBerry 4b.dmg icon on your desktop, double click to open
   
   
   
3. Double click to install PocketMac. Click Open to begin installation and click Agree to the Licence Agreement. 
   
   
   
4. You now have the PocketMac for BlackBerry on your desktop, double click to open the application.
    
   
   
5. Click on the BlackBerry icon
   
   
   
6. Select Sync between the BlcakBerry and Mac for each of the options e.g. Contacts, Calendar, Tasks etc.
   
   
7. When you come to the Email option, select  EntourageMail  
   
   
   
8. Using your USB cable connect your BlackBerry device to your Mac and click Sync.
    
   
9. Your BlackBerry device is now synchronised with your MAC.
