How to temporarily disable data (email & calendar) on the BlackBerry

You can temporarily disable data (email & calendar) delivery on your BlackBerry as follws:

1. Hit the Menu Keyand using the Trackpad, go to Options (or Settings)
   
   
2. Scroll down to Mobile Network
   
   
3. Change the option for  Data Services to  Off 
   

When you want to receive emails again to your device change the Data Services option to Yes
